Return and Refund Policy

At Super General , customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy statement outlines the terms and conditions under which products purchased from our official online store can be returned or refunded within the United Arab Emirates.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We process returns under the following conditions:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Products

  • Incorrect item is delivered
  • Product is damaged during delivery

1.2 Change of Mind (Unopened Products)

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery, subject to:

  • Product is in original sealed packaging
  • Products are not installed or used
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging are intact
  • Original invoice is provided

Return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been installed, used, or altered
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Request made after 7 days (for change-of-mind returns)
  • Clearance, promotional, or special discounted items (unless defective)
  • Physical damage claims in case of installation by unauthorized personnel

Any installed or used product remains governed as per standard warranty policy.

3. Inspection & Approval Process

All returned items are subject to inspection by our technical team to apply the following:

  • If product shows signs of usage, return may be rejected or reconsidered subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%)
  • Refund eligibility will be void if damage is due to customer mishandling

Super General reserves the right to determine the condition of the returned product.

4. Refund Process

Once the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refund will be made to the original mode of payment

5. Replacement Policy

If a product is found defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) within 48 hours of delivery and installation, a replacement will be provided free of additional charge subject to stock availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Full refund will be issued for cancellations placed before dispatch
  • Delivery and return shipping charges may apply for cancellations made after dispatch but before delivery
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once delivered except under the return eligibility terms stated above
