Installation Split AC – Professional Installation by Super General

• WHO INSTALLS: Installation is done by Super General’s trained and certified technicians.
• WHEN: Our team will call you to schedule installation within 1–2 working days after your AC is delivered.
• WHAT’S INCLUDED:
  • Mounting the indoor unit on the wall and the outdoor unit on a wall bracket or floor stand.
  • Copper piping, insulation and drain pipe up to 3 metres.
  • Electrical connection to an existing power point near the unit.
  • Vacuuming of the system, gas pressure check and a full test run.
  • Basic demo of remote functions and care tips.
• NOT INCLUDED (charged separately if needed):
  • Extra copper piping beyond 3 metres (charged per metre).
  • Core cutting or drilling through concrete, and civil or carpentry work.
  • New electrical points, wiring, MCB or stabilizer.
  • Removal or uninstallation of an old AC.
• SITE REQUIREMENTS: A suitable wall for the indoor unit, a safe place for the outdoor unit with good airflow, and a dedicated power point. Building or landlord permission, if required, is the customer’s responsibility.
• COVERAGE AREA: Available for locations within 50 km of city limits in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah.
• INSTALLATION WARRANTY: 1-year warranty on installation workmanship (leaks or loose fittings caused by installation).
• VALIDITY: The service applies only to the AC purchased in the same order. It is non-refundable once installation is complete.
